Indeed this is a useful feature, now I don’t need to create an AU for my normal users in order to segregate administration of my protected users.

Ordinarily the role User Administrator can manage all users unless they hold a privileged role, then they need the role Privileged User Administrator. However, with PIM this doesn’t apply.
